Day 1 Greensboro, North Carolina

Today we started our journey at 6:00 am set out for Greensboro, North Carolina. There we learned about the Greensboro Four/ A&T Four and the sit in movement that took place in Greensboro starting February 1, 1960 and ended the same year on July 25th. While there we had the opportunity to have a question and answer session at North Carolina A&T with Mr. Lewis Brandon. He too participated in the sit-ins in the early 1960's
